- To ensure a smooth move-in, please take a moment to review the details below
- Your reservation fee will be adjusted against your Security Deposit at the time of move-in.
- To secure your room, please complete your KYC, e-agreement formalities, and move-in payments at least 2 days prior to your move-in date.
- Due to high demand, your reserved room will be held for a maximum of 14 days from the date of booking.
- Your billing cycle will be aligned with the assigned Rent Start Date (RSD) based on your move-in block.
- Please refer to the Colive Handbook for detailed RSD policy guidelines.
- For properties offering laundry services, new residents will receive complimentary laundry service for the first month after move-in, as per the Laundry Subscription Plan available on the Colive App.
- From the second month onwards, a monthly laundry subscription (up to 5 kg) will apply and be included in your monthly invoice.
Rooms & Availability
- Our rooms are thoughtfully designed to deliver a consistent and high-quality living experience.
- While you are booking a specific room category, the exact room number will be assigned based on availability at the time of move-in.
- Please share your preferred move-in date and tentative move-in time (between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM), on any day except Monday.
Rent Payment Guidelines
- For your safety and security, we do not accept payments through cash, personal UPI IDs, or personal QR codes.
- All payments must be made exclusively through the official Colive App or the official Colive Website.
- Any verbal commitments, offers, or promises not documented in writing will not be considered valid.
- The Colive Handbook is the official source of information for amenities, stay policies, and community guidelines.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- Please complete your check-in formalities within 7 days from the booking date.
- After 7 days, room allotment will be subject to availability.
- If check-in is not completed within 7 days from the reservation date, the booking will automatically be moved to the waitlist.
- Refund Policy: The reservation amount is strictly non-refundable.
- Promotions: All promotional offers are applicable only on the listed selling price.
- Your Responsibility: The final selection of services and their suitability for your needs remains your responsibility.
- Community Guidelines: We reserve the right of admission. A positive community experience depends on adherence to our house rules and community guidelines.

- Your e-invoice will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
