• Moving into your Colive room
• Your reservation fee will be adjusted against your security deposit
• To lock in your room, please complete your KYC, e-agreements, and check-in payments at least 2 days before your move-in
• Due to high demand, a reserved room will be held for you for a maximum of 14 days from your booking date

Rooms & Availability

• Our rooms are thoughtfully designed for a consistent, quality experience. While you're booking a specific category, your exact room number will be assigned based on availability
• Please let us know your preferred move-in date and a tentative time (between 11 AM and 9 PM, any day except Monday)
• Rent Payment Guidelines
• For your security, we never accept payments via cash, personal UPI, or QR codes. Please make all payments exclusively through the secure Colive app or our official website
• Any promises or deals not in writing cannot be honored. Your official guide is the Colive handbook, which details all amenities and house rules

Additional T&C

• Please complete the check in formalities within 7 days of the booking. Post 7 days your room allotment will be done as per availability. Booking is moved to waitlist on not checking in 7 days.
• Refunds: The reservation amount is non-refundable after 30 days from the booking date
