Terms for Stay
  1. Two (2) month Deposit to be paid in 2 equal installments.
  2. Pro-rata rent to be paid at the time of check-in
  3. Rent is due on the 1st of every calendar month
  4. Penalties will be applicable if the rent is not paid on time
  5. Make all your payments online and share the transaction details
  6. The notice to vacate should be given on 1st of the calendar month
  7. The check-out would be processed on the last day of the calendar month post the completion of one (1) month Notice period
  8. Separation charges amounting to 15 days of your monthly rent shall be applicable for 1 BHK and 10 days for all other sharing shall be charged upon check-out for cleaning and maintenance of the premises
  9. Refunds will be processed on 15th day of the following month of check-out
